I will show you how to setup a FreeNAS server. I will demonstrate how to setup a Samba and NFS share. From OS install to sharing it takes about 15-20 minutes

I will also breifly demonstrate the ability of FreeNAS to create a samba, NFS, iTunes, SSH, and other types of shares. Other capabilities I will demonstrate are S.M.A.R.T., RAID, iSCSI, and disk encryption. It can authenticate against LDAP, Active Directory and a local database.

This would be useful for a small business who wants the ability to scale to greater capacities without changing software. This is a cheap solution that doesn't need that much training to implement or maintain.
