Anthony Chavez is a founding member of the Greater Utah BSD User Group and an independent contractor with IT Proficiency LLC. He has over 25 years of computing experience and subscribed to the Open Source philosophy long before it was cool. He has fond (and not-so-fond) memories of downloading Slackware 1.00, NetBSD 0.8, and FreeBSD 1.0 over a SupraModem 2400. Nowadays he is particularly fond of FreeBSD, OpenBSD, Debian, MacOS X, and 10GbE (in no particular order).
